WRECO is an engineering consulting firm established in 1995 and incorporated in 1996 as a standard California corporation. WRECO specializes in civil engineering, site development, hydraulic engineering and hydrology, stormwater management, water resources, flood control system design, water and wastewater system planning and design, and coastal engineering. WRECO has two offices located in Walnut Creek and Oakland,California. WRECO resolves sophisticated engineering and environmental problems in local communities, watersheds, streams, wetlands, estuaries and coastal areas with feasible and cost-effective solutions.
